After Apple has already reopened its own stores in South Korea, Australia and Austria, Germany is now set to follow suit.
We have already reported about it two days agothat Apple Stores in this country could reopen on May 11th. Now it's official. Apple has adjusted the opening hours of its 15 locations. Accordingly, all Apple Stores will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. starting Monday. But of course the familiar safety precautions apply here too. This means that customers must bring a mask and wear it during their stay in the Apple Store. Body temperature checks will also be carried out.
Service and support in focus
Since the safety distance must be strictly observed, only a limited number of customers can enter the store at the same time. Waiting times cannot be ruled out. Although walk-in customers are also welcome, Apple wants to focus on the Genius Bar. This means that the focus in Germany is also on Service and Support. Apple sessions or similar are not taking place for the time being. How long this regulation will last remains to be seen. Closure is possible at any time if the number of infections increases.
