Apple has continued its holiday tradition with an Easter egg in the Apple Store app: users can “make it snow” on an iPhone screen.
In keeping with the holidays, Apple has hidden a little feature in its Apple Store app to get you in the festive spirit. Users can create a small snowstorm on their iPhone that will cause snowflakes to fall from the top of the screen as they navigate through the store. To activate the feature, users just need to type the words "let it snow" into the search box. Once correctly typed, the snow will start falling from the top of the screen.
Apple Store App: The feature is not new
The effect is active for the entire duration of the session. When you shake your iPhone or iPad, the snow swirls around, similar to a snow globe. The feature is not new, however. Apple has activated it several times in recent years.

At the beginning of November Apple its customers to start shopping early and at the same time extended its return policy for purchases. Apple also published a gift guide for the 2021 holidays and released the short film "Saving Simon" on the iPhone. (Screenshot: Apfelpatient)
