In a viral TikTok video, a former Apple Store employee revealed a special program that allows retail employees to surprise customers with additional perks.
TikTok user @Tanicornerstone explained the alleged program in a response to a video, which explores "secrets only the staff know." She explained that customers who are rude will of course receive service but will have to pay for it. However, she added that each staff member apparently has a certain number of "Surprise and Delight" tickets that allow them to go above and beyond the normal service for "truly amazing" customers.

I have often seen people come in with water damage that cannot be replaced without a fee, but the geniuses have used the "Surprise and Delight" program to give someone a free replacement unit.
Other commenters on the TikTok video confirmed the claim, including customers who received exceptional service as well as other former Apple Retail employees.
I have worked in Apple Retail and can confirm this is 1000% true.
