Apple today released iOS 16.0.3 and watchOS 9.0.2. iOS 16.0.3 follows iOS 16.0.2, a patch that fixed a number of bugs on the iPhone 14 models.
According to the update description, the iOS 16.0.3 update fixes a number of bugs that iPhone users have noticed in recent weeks. The CarPlay bug caused the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max volume to be too low when attempting to make a hands-free phone call in a vehicle. The issue caused the person making the call to sound quiet or far away when speaking, making it difficult to hear.
iOS 16.0.3: Apple fixes more bugs
On the camera issue, some users reported delays of up to four or five seconds before the camera app would work after launching. There was also a persistent display flickering issue that caused some iPhone owners who updated to iOS 16 to experience flickering dark spots on the display when the iPhone is set to a low brightness level. It is unclear if this issue has been resolved with this update. iOS 16.0.3 will likely be followed by iOS 16.1, which is scheduled to be released alongside iPadOS 16.1 in the near future.

According to Apple, today's version of watchOS also fixes an issue where snooze alarm notifications continue to run even after an alarm has been deleted.
