Apple released iOS 13.1.3, iPadOS 13.1.3 and a second version of macOS 10.15 Catalina (19A602) this evening.
The new updates for iPhone, iPad and Mac are important updates to fix various bugs. For example, problems with calls, emails, health and more are fixed in iOS 13.1.3 and iPadOS 13.1.3. Another problem is missing notifications on paired Apple Watch devices - according to the update description, this should be a thing of the past. You can find the patch notes verbatim below. - Fixes an issue that may prevent a device from ringing or vibrating for incoming calls

- Fixes an issue that could cause Bluetooth connections to drop on certain vehicles
- Improves the reliability of Bluetooth hearing aid and headset connections
- Improves performance when launching apps that use Game Center
macOS 10.15 Catalina (19A602)
- Improves reliability when installing macOS Catalina on Macs with limited disk space
- Fixes an issue that prevents the Setup Assistant from completing in some installations
- Fixes an issue that prevents the iCloud Terms of Service from being accepted when multiple iCloud accounts are signed in
- Improves reliability when backing up Game Center data while playing Apple Arcade games in offline mode
