As 2021 draws to a close, Apple today released a set of Apple Music Top Charts, highlighting the top songs of 2021, most read lyrics, most streamed workout songs, most Shazamed songs, and more.
Let's get started. BTS's Dynamite was the most streamed song of 2021, followed by Olivia Rodrigo's Driver License, Ariana Grande's Positions, Pop Smoke's For the Night and The Weeknd's Blinding Lights. The most read lyrics included Olivia Rodrigo's Driver Licence and Good 4 U, Yuuri's Dried Flower, BTS' Dynamite and Doja Cat's Kiss Me More. Apple's most streamed workout songs included Joel Corry's Head & Heart, Sam Feldt's Post Malone and Dua Lipa's Levitating, while the most Shazamed songs included Masked Wolf's Astronaut in the Ocean, The Weeknd's Save Your Tears and Ed Sheeran's Bad Habits.
Apple Music Award 2021 winners already announced
All top 100 playlists can be accessed via the Apple Music streaming service, which is available from €9.99 for a standard membership. Apple also offers a student plan for €4.99 per month. There will also soon be a Voice plan for €4.99 per month that allows users to ask Siri to play content, but does not offer lyrics, song downloads, and other features.
