Apple released the first beta of watchOS 6.1 and the ninth beta of macOS 10.15 Catalina for developers this evening.
The test versions are available to registered developers and can be downloaded to the respective devices as usual. Apple appears to have fixed further bugs in relation to macOS Catalina - it is still unclear whether and which new features watchOS 6.1 includes. It is not yet known whether the new version supports the Apple Watch Series 1 and 2 models.

Notice – As usual, a beta should not be installed on an actively used device, as they are usually quite unstable and buggy – we recommend using a second device for this. (Photo by dvoevnore / Bigstockphoto)
