Apple has announced new Apple Watch initiatives for Pride month. The company is releasing two new Apple Watch Pride Edition bands as well as a new Pride watch face for Apple Watch users. The new watch face will be available soon via a watchOS software update.
First of all, there is a new Pride Edition Braided Solo Loop. So describes Apple the whole thing:
The Pride Edition Braided Solo Loop artfully weaves the original rainbow colors with those of various Pride flags to represent the diversity of LGBTQ+ experiences and the history of a movement that spans generations. Black and brown symbolize Black and Latinx communities, in addition to those who have died from or are living with HIV/AIDS, while light blue, pink and white represent transgender and non-binary individuals. The unique band is made from stretchy recycled yarn woven with silicone threads, with no buckles or clasps for the ultimate in comfort. To ensure the best fit, customers can choose from 12 available lengths of the Braided Solo Loop.

There is also a new Nike Sport Loop as a Pride Edition:
The new Pride Edition Nike Sport Loop features six colors of the original rainbow and uses reflective yarn to support those who exercise outdoors at night, such as running, cycling and walking. The comfortable design is durable, fully adjustable for the perfect fit and pairs well with a matching Nike watch face.
Regarding the new watch face, Apple explains:
This year's special Pride watch face beautifully reflects the band's new colors to represent the shared strength and mutual support of the LGBTQ+ movement. With the rotation of the Digital Crown, the threads on the watch face scroll seamlessly and are animated by raising the wrist. For the first time, Apple is also integrating the new App Clip functionality into the band's packaging to give customers an easy and convenient way to instantly access the new matching watch face.

The Pride Edition Solo Loop costs 99.00 euros while the Pride Edition Nike Sport Loop is available for 49 euros. Both bracelets can be ordered from today on the Apple website. (Image: Apple)
