Every year again. This year, too, the App Store Connect will be closed for a few days – Apple announced this today in the form of a short message.
Apple's holiday plan stipulates that the App Store Connect will be closed from December 23rd to 27th this year. Accordingly, no app submissions or updates will be accepted during this period. Developers are asked to update their apps promptly. On the developer page is called it as follows:
