The third generation of the popular earbuds is called AirPods Pro and has a long-awaited feature - noise cancellation. A new design was necessary to integrate this function. The AirPods Pro were designed in an in-ear design. The ANC feature offers two different modes. Users can switch between active noise cancellation and transparency mode. But how much does it actually cost to repair or replace the AirPods Pro? We'll tell you.
This is how much it costs to repair or replace the AirPods Pro
Let's start with the prices without Apple Care+. As expected, the costs have generally been revised upwards. Users have to pay around 55 euros per plug within the warranty period - outside the warranty period, the repair costs around 99 euros. The new wireless charging case costs the same as the plugs. If one of the plugs is lost, the user has to pay around 99 euros for the replacement, while the new replacement charging case costs around 109 euros.
If the user has Apple Care+, only 29 euros are due for each of the above scenarios. So if you are a slacker, Apple Care+ would be worth it. You can purchase the insurance for a one-off payment of 39 euros. The new AirPods Pro cost around 279 euros and will be delivered starting tomorrow.
