After more than a year, Microsoft has now updated the iOS application Microsoft Remote Desktop. Some cool features have been added.
After more than a year, version 10.0.1 has now been released. Microsoft writes:
It's been over a year since the last update to the Remote Desktop client for iOS, but now there's another great update available and more updates will be released regularly from now on.

The new features include a brand new user interface in the Connection Center and support for the WVD service (Windows Virtual Desktop). Furthermore, a number of important functions have been integrated into the administration and dark mode has been implemented. You can find the entire update description in full below. - Brand new Connection Center user interface
- Brand new in-session user interface for switching between connected PCs and apps
- New layout for the additional on-screen keyboard
- Improved support for external keyboards
- Support for SwiftPoint Bluetooth mice
- Support for microphone forwarding
- Support for forwarding for local storage
- Support for camera forwarding (at least Windows 10 1809 required)
- Support for new iPhone and iPad devices
- Support for dark and light designs
- Control whether the smartphone can be locked while connected to a remote PC or app
- Reducing the connection bar in the session by long pressing the Remote Desktop logo
