A few days ago, Bloomberg claims to have learned that Apple's sales expectations for the AirPods Pro were significantly exceeded. Now the Nikkei Asian Review is following up on Bloomberg's claim in a new report. According to the report, the Japanese business newspaper claims to have learned from supplier circles that Apple has at least doubled the monthly production volume of the AirPods Pro. This means that from now on two million units of the new plugs will be produced every month. According to Nikkei, the manufacturer is Luxshare - a long-time Apple supplier.
Online orders result in long waiting times
Anyone who wants the popular white earbuds at the moment will have to accept long waiting times. Orders from the Apple online shop will not be delivered until the beginning of January.
