Photoshop CC is finally set to appear on the iPad – Adobe has once again confirmed that the professional software will debut on Apple’s tablet later this year.
Adobe still seems to be committed to releasing Photoshop CC on the iPad this year. The professional application has been tested by a small group in beta since the beginning of this year. Now it is reported that Photoshop CC will be released with fewer functions than announced. However, the missing features will be included in an update. This was confirmed by Scott Belsky, Chief Product Officer of Adobe Creative Cloud. The missing or limited functions are said to include certain filters, pen tools and custom brushes.
Photoshop CC for the iPad is intended to enable cross-platform work. This means that users can, for example, start a project on Apple's tablet and continue it on the desktop version. This should of course also work the other way round. It remains to be seen when exactly the application will be released for iPadOS. (Photo by BalkansCat / Bigstockphoto)
