Apple has now officially released iOS 15.1.1 for all iPhone users worldwide. The update is aimed at iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 users.
Apple has now somewhat surprisingly released iOS 15.1.1 for iPhone users provided. According to Apple, the update "improves call drop performance on iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models." You can update your iPhone to iOS 15.1.1 by going to the Settings app, then General, then Software Update. The build number for today's update is 19B81.
iOS 15.1.1 fixes a problem related to dropped calls
On the iPhone 13 Pro Max, it is about 400 MB in size. Apple's release notes for the update are sparse. According to Apple's update description, the version only includes one fix:
iOS 15.1.1 improves call drop performance on iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models.
