Apple's MagSafe Battery Pack, designed for the iPhone 12 models, has been officially available since this week. Now the product has been taken apart by Charger Lab.
The teardown provides detailed information on how the MagSafe Battery Pack works and what each component does. Inside there are two charging coils, a shield for heat dissipation and a magnetic ring that allows the product to be attached to the iPhone 12 models. In addition, inside there are two batteries that are connected to each other, with the already known energy of 11.13 watt-hours and a voltage of 7.62. Each individual battery has 5.733Wh, based on the internal labeling.
