The battery capacities of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models were recently revealedNow a document has surfaced that reveals the battery of the high-end device.
The Chinese regulatory authority TENAA has approved and published an application for approval for the iPhone 12 Pro Max (via MacRumors). This shows that the brand new high-end device has a battery capacity of 3,687 mAh. Accordingly, the battery of the iPhone 12 Pro Max is around 7 percent smaller than that of its predecessor with 3,969 mAh. This confirms a rumor that Apple made the battery smaller this year. In addition, the document shows that the device was equipped with 6 GB of RAM.

iPhone 12 Pro Max could work more efficiently
Although the battery capacity is smaller according to the approval certificate, the device seems to offer the same battery life as its predecessor according to Apple's technical specifications. The company states that both devices have up to 20 hours of video playback and up to 80 hours of audio playback. For this reason, it can be assumed that the brand new A14 processor, among other things, works more efficiently. Apple itself never specifies the size of the battery and RAM. Both data are usually revealed in the teardown or confirmed by official documents from regulatory authorities. (Image: Apple)
