Many details about the individual iPhone 12 specifications can be found on Apple's product page. However, not everything is listed there - including the RAM.
Some potential iPhone 12 buyers are wondering how much RAM the new models will have. There is no answer on Apple's website, however. But the current Xcode 12.1 beta has revealed the whole thing. As the US blog MacRumors reported, the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 models have 4 GB of RAM, while the Pro versions are equipped with a whopping 6 GB of RAM. According to MacRumors, the information comes from the Plist files. In addition, a Geekbench entry has been published, the result of which confirms this.

iPhone 12 Pro: A14 Bionic Chip benefits
For comparison: The iPhone 11 series - including the Pro models - all have 4 GB of RAM. This means that the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max in particular should benefit enormously from this in combination with the A14 Bionic chip. The benchmark result of the iPhone 12 Pro also shows that the A14 processor has roughly the same single-core performance as in the new iPad Air, although its multi-core value is significantly lower. This could be due to the fact that Geekbench was run on the iPhone shortly after it was set up, which can lead to temporarily lower values. We will therefore have to wait for further test results.
