Apple has launched a new beta phase this evening and among other things iOS 13.4.5 Although mainly bug fixes are to be expected, there also seem to be small extensions to the existing range of functions.
As soon as a new beta is released, various developers and beta testers pounce on the new build and test it to the limit. This is also the case with iOS 13.4.5. A Twitter user has discovered a function that allows music to be shared in Instagram Stories. This means that Apple Music subscribers can share their songs, albums or playlists in an Instagram story directly from the Apple Music app as of iOS 13.4.5, cool, right? The same applies to Facebook Stories, of course. To do this, users simply have to follow the same path they normally use to share songs with friends.

Interaction via story also possible
However, Instagram is now also available via the iOS Sharesheet menu. The exact process is also shown in the video - see below. As soon as the cover of a song, album or playlist has been published via story, other users can open and listen to the whole thing directly in Apple Music with a tap - however, this requires iOS 13.4.5 on both devices. The current iOS preview is currently only available to developers. Public beta testers should receive the update shortly. It is not yet possible to estimate when the final version of iOS 13.4.5 will be released. (Photo by bigtunaonline / Bigstockphoto)
